Timeline Navigation Reformatting

Greetings All,
In an effort to ease the overcrowding on the main navigation bar, I have reformatted the TIMELINE links....I believe it makes a better appearance, but also shows how thin some of the decades are in actual content.
We are trying to get there, but it will take time...
